The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, provided when you submit an enquiry form, and our legitimate interest in communicating with people who have expressed interest in our programmes.

4. Data Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence for twelve months from the date of last contact. Where you have enrolled in a programme, we retain records relevant to that enrolment for seven years in accordance with Malaysian tax and commercial record-keeping requirements. After those periods, personal data is deleted.

5. Data Protection Measures

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. These steps include:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through this website
• Access to personal records limited to staff who require it for their work
• Email correspondence stored on providers with industry-standard security measures
