- To administer your enrolment in a programme if you proceed
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us as an education provider in Malaysia
We do not use your personal data for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, provided when you submit an enquiry form, and our legitimate interest in communicating with people who have expressed interest in our programmes.
4. Data Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence for twelve months from the date of last contact. Where you have enrolled in a programme, we retain records relevant to that enrolment for seven years in accordance with Malaysian tax and commercial record-keeping requirements. After those periods, personal data is deleted.
5. Data Protection Measures
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. These steps include:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted through this website
- Access to personal records limited to staff who require it for their work
- Email correspondence stored on providers with industry-standard security measures
No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required under Malaysian law.

Our website may use third-party services including Google Analytics for anonymised usage statistics. These services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites linked from our pages.

Our programmes are designed for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
